Arden Shore is looking for great team members in the following roles:
Youth Treatment Specialist
Arden Shore operates a group home for about seven boys, ages 10 – 18 years, making sure each boy has the education they need to develop their own gifts and talents. This position provides day to day supervision, therapeutic care and nurturing to school age boys placed in the group home. The position is responsible for implementing treatment plans by following agency policy to provide for the safety, security and welfare of the children in care, and for participating in supervision and meetings to develop treatment plans and maintain quality child care. Works a flexible rotating shift to ensure 24/day coverage in the facility.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age, must have high school diploma, preferably at least two years of college, and must have a valid driver’s license for his/her state of residence and meet the DCFS requirements to transport children. Experience with school age children is preferred.
Intact Family Case Manager
The Intact Family Preservation Services work to keep families together when it is in the child’s best interest. A preference will be given to Spanish/English bi-lingual candidates. Prior DCFS experience is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Human Services is required.
